Asphalt Paving
Asphalt paving overlays are one of the many commercial paving services we offer to our customers in Florida at Commercial Pavement Pros. An asphalt overlay is a method in which an existing asphalt surface is paved over with a new layer of asphalt. The terms overlay and resurfacing are often used interchangeably.
Asphalt Repair & Maintenance
Asphalt repairs are necessary over time as newly applied asphalt surfaces begin to wear and break down as they are repeatedly exposed to elements such as water, sunlight, chemicals and regular traffic. The liquid asphalt that binds the materials together begins to lose its natural resistance to water, allowing it to penetrate beneath the surface. Asphalt Milling
The milling process is the controlled removal of asphalt pavement to a predetermined depth, slope and/or specified thickness. As one can see by the pictures the milling machine actually grinds down the existing pavement, and the ground down pavement particles are hauled off to the asphalt plant to be used as recycled raw materials in the manufacturing of new asphalt.
Sealcoating
